Dr. Bailey diagnosed my condition and was quick to tell me he needed to refer me to a surgeon.  He managed to calm my fears and made the necessary referral.  The surgery was a success and I am thrilled that I had gone to someone who had the clinical experience to recognize what needed to be done.  He was honest with me and saved me untold misery.
