I have had occasion to work with Dr. Robert Bailey in consultation and in his capacity as an expert witness.  I have found him to be fair, knowledgeable, and impartial regarding his opinions on cases involving spinal manipulation. I would recommend Dr. Bailey’s services and will utilize him again when the situation arises.
